Backyard chicken house built by Edinburgh based joiners

Building a chicken house for a small flock of birds requires solid carpentry skills. In our plan, we’ve included an enclosed space for sleeping and laying eggs and an open air ‘chicken run’ to roam around in during the day. The open-air run was covered with metal mesh on all sides to prevent wild animals from entering. We ensured that the house has correct and full ventilation, which is vital for the good health of the birds.
